Shipping policy

Delivery options are available at the time of payment. Economical delivery is our standard delivery method. It usually arrives within 10 to 20 days, although many orders arrive faster depending on the destination. Shipping is free for all orders over £33 to most countries in the UK, North America, Europe, Canada and Australia unless otherwise stated on the site during a promotion.

Some items are shipped directly from our national warehouses, while others are manufactured and shipped from our plants in the United States, Canada and Australia.

For countries where standard or economic delivery is not available for logistical reasons (absence of local carriers or delivery by our suppliers, for example), the shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on information from several carriers and the best available price.

The delivery time includes:

Processing time: order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Standard economic delivery is processed within 1 to 2 business days and arrives within 10 to 20 business days.
